About

I'm a technology consultant and engineer with 20+ years turning complex enterprise problems into working solutions. At SAP, I focus on procurement and integration across the Ariba, S/4HANA, and Business Technology Platform ecosystems, from CIG integration and S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement to the emerging world of SAP Business AI and Joule.

My path runs from server administration and full-stack development to leading technical support teams and advising top enterprise customers through go-lives and critical escalations. That range lets me speak both languages fluently: the business process and the code underneath it. Lately I'm especially energized by where AI meets enterprise software, building smarter, cleaner, more automated systems.

    • Working across S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, the Integration Suite and the SAP Business Network, with a growing focus on SAP Business AI and Joule.

  2. Senior Technical Support Engineer / Technical Lead

    São Leopoldo, Brazil

    • Led the Ariba integration support team covering on-premise ERP to Ariba flows (Network, Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, SLM), specializing in Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and CI-9.
    • As Tech Lead: guided engineers through complex cases, ran technical working sessions and 1:1s, interviewed candidates and authored onboarding documentation.
    • Drove root-cause analysis on critical escalations across SOAP/IDoc, ABAP, XSLT, certificates and middleware, steering customers safely through go-live blockers.

    • Built custom cloud solutions in the Cloud Service Center, focused on SuccessFactors (LMS) extensions and SAP Cloud Platform using Java, JavaScript and SAP UI5.
    • Automated daily operations with shell and Python tooling, and deployed across Docker and SAP Cloud Platform.
    • Partnered daily with top premium customers on requirements, delivery and pre-sales demos of cloud-based products.

Personal project · Touch of Class Dance Studio

A personal project I built as a dance dad to keep track of the schedule at the PressPlay Nationals in Las Vegas. It started as a tool just for my own use, then grew into something I shared with other Touch of Class parents so everyone could follow the competition in real time. Routines are browsable by day, filterable by dancer, and searchable across the full lineup, with start times, stages and categories at a glance.
